I’ve let it slip a few times how much I like pizza, but then again who doesn’t. It’s especially easy to eat here at my desk or watching a late-night video.

It has a generous amount of steamy tomato sauce and golden brown melted mozzarella cheese. It’s so easy to make I can see myself eating more for lunch (okay, and dinner) at my computer desk.

I’d eat the whole thing, but my daughter is home today, and she loves pizza, too. As young as she is, she is very picky and, normally, doesn’t like pepperoni; but here she is eating her second slice!  I think it’s fum for kids because its chunks of pepperoni are easy for young pizza lovers to bite and swallow.
