Robert Saunders has provided excellent service as a "computer guru" for my wife and me for several years. There are many areas in which he has demonstrated his ability as a problem solver. When I bought a digital camera, Rob taught me how to integrate it with our computer, how to save, tag and email photos, transfer them to a CD or DVD and organize them in the Windows Photo gallery, as well as how to scan slides and digitize them. He has showed us how to use Word templates to create letterheads and fax correspondence sheets. He has helped us purchase new computers, organize and transfer files, installed new Microsoft programs, including the Windows Vista software.
